Product Description

The production line is able to manufacture CO2 welding wire (Φ0.8mm-1.6mm).

The wire rod material is ER70S-6 with diameter of Φ5.5mm/Φ6.5mm for CO2 welding wire.

For the CO2 welding wire, the finished wire is packed onto SD300/D270 type plastic spool or BS300/K300 type wire spool, with 15kg or 20kg for per spool.

Production line flow chart

Wire rod cleaning process + first drawing line with 8 blocks + spooling machine is designed for the first line, so this line is capable of producing Φ2.0mm-2.4mm semi-finished wire for CO2 wire production.

Middle drawing machine + Copper plating line is designed to process from Φ2.0mm-2.4mm semi-finished wire to Φ0.8mm-1.6mm with copper plating processing, and then take-up wire onto 800mm metal spool.
