Function: this machine is to re-move the drawing powder bye wet type.
The wire be submerged into a tank with hot water and be clamped by scouring pad which is controlled by pneumatic cylinder, so the dirty on the surface of wire will be melted into the liquid.
A separated filter is set to collect the dirty by recycling liquid.
The water be recycled by lift pump.
Water heating system is equipped with heater tube.
Lift pump power: 1.1KW
Filter pump: 0.75KW
Heating method: by hot steam, steam source and pipe system outside machine should be provided by final user.
Recycling and filter system: filter device and pipe system outside machine should be provided by final user.
