Product Description

1 Technical requirement

For welding electrode production, with wire rod material diameter Φ5.5mm/Φ6.5mm, and outlet wire diameter Φ2.5mm, Φ3.2mm, Φ4.0mm, Φ5.0mm.

The drawing and cutting are done by one-time processing.

Material: welding electrodes rod H08A

Core size: Φ2.5mm×300mm, Φ3.2mm×350mm, Φ4.0mm×400mm, Φ5.0mm×400mm

3 Speed and production capacity

For Φ2.5mm product, designed cutting speed 900pcs per minute, average production speed 800pcs per minute.

For Φ3.2mm product, designed cutting speed 800pcs per minute, average production speed 700pcs per minute.

For Φ4.0mm product, designed cutting speed 600pcs per minute, average production speed 500pcs per minute
