Vertical pay-off with hydraulic lifting for wire rod

The overhead wire dispenser is used to vertically dispense wire from rolled wire coils of up to 2.5 tons for wire diameter of 5.0mm -6.5mm. The force needed for dispensing must be provided by a drawing machine, the tower consists of a stable welded design. This design includes a mobile deflection carriage, which can be lowered to operating height for threading the wire by means of a steel wire rope pull. If some coils of the wire remain tangled during dispensing and run in the shape of a loop over the upper deflection roller, the flap performs a turning movement that is caught by an initiator. During the turning movement of the flap, the initiator triggers an emergency stop for the entire system and the dispensing process is interrupted. Which avoids a break in the wire.
