Lingerman is an indicator that reflects the blackness (concentration) of boiler smoke and dust! The Ringmann chart is used to measure the level of smoke blackness, with a total of 6 levels, ranging from 0 to 5. On a white background, use small black squares to represent it. When the white area is 100%, it is level 0. When the black area is 20%, it is level 1. When the black area is 40%, it is level 2. Similarly, 60% is level 3, 80% is level 4, and 100% is level 5.

After placing it, compare the smoke color with the blackness of the board to determine the concentration of smoke and dust in the smoke.
The application of Ringmann blackness: The application of Ringmann blackness has a long history, and what we are familiar with is the detection of fixed pollution source exhaust gas blackness, which is also the detection of boiler dust blackness. This is usually done using a basic Ringmann blackness chart.
